Menulis Tradisi Santri

Di negara kita, sudah terbiasa dengan tradisi mendengar dan berbicara. Tradisi menulis kurang mendapatkan perhatian, sehingga bermacam-macam keilmuan tidak dapat diabadikan dalam rentang waktu yang sangat panjang. Seandainya di negara kita mentradisikan menulis niscaya hal tersebut tidak akan terjadi. Mungkin kita bisa melihat berbagai karya para ulama dan ilmuan mulai dari fiqh, tasawuf, filsafat, sain dan teknologi dapat kita pahami melalui jasa karya tulis. Seorang santri selaku calon pemimpin hendaklah membiasakan menulis. Karena menulis termasuk warisan intelektual para ulama salaf.
